Eric Erickson
CEO/Senior Process Automation Engineer
Eric Erickson, MSEE, President, founded E2i in 1990. From the beginning, Eric has provided the overall strategic direction and leadership for E2i. His passion for operational excellence and technical experience, as well as his acute understanding of our customers, has enabled E2i to be successful.

Having more than 20 years experience, Eric has worked with various equipment and processes in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage and chemical industries. Eric has succeeded in designing, installing and maintaining computer-based (PLC, PC) systems in a variety of manufacturing environments. He has been a functional member of teams put in place to perform major plant shutdown/startup projects, as well as day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance activities. He is also an experienced technical writer and has written a variety of system specifications and pharmaceutical life-cycle documents.

Erickson graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1985 with a B.S. in Physics. In 1991, he earned a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois. Eric has earned many certifications including RSLogix 5/500/5000 Programming, RSLinx Configuration and RSView Supervisory Edition Programmer. He is also a member of both the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and the Instrumentation, Systems and Automation Society (ISA).

Outside of work, Eric is a skilled musician and volunteers his time to play drums at youth services on Sundays.
Ben Greenlee
Engineering Director
Ben Greenlee is a Senior Process Automation Engineer and Team Leader for the Chicago Team. Ben has more than 15 years experience working with process and process controls in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage and chemical industries. As a senior process automation engineer, he has succeeded in designing, installing, validating, and maintaining systems in a variety of manufacturing environments.
 
Ben earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics and graduated Cum Laude from Olivet Nazarene University.
