Automation

E2i delivers automation control solutions using the industry’s top PLC, motion control, distributed control and simulation systems. We also provide high-quality operator interfaces, SCADA and batch management applications; solutions for database, reporting, web and script applications; and a variety of design capabilities including specification development and documentation/CAD services. Our services include, but are not limited to: Design Specifications, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Electrical and System Schematics, Process Flow, Loop/Network/Logic Flow Diagrams, as-built, redline and drawing revisions and conversions.

Validation and Code Compliance

Typical E2i validation responsibilities include the development of validation plans, system documentation and change controls; development of test case documentation, IQ/OQ protocols and SOPs. E2i follows the GAMP 4 model in its validation approach.

E2i’s seasoned software engineers develop tailored, integrated solutions, specializing in network design and server installations, administration, support, and data mining, analysis and optimization. Control Panel Design and Fabrication

E2i has provided electrical/controls CAD and design services since 1990, using JIC and ISA standards. We typically provide the following deliverables and services: Layout and system schematic drawings, control panel fabrication and retrofitting, cloud-based drawing management, PLC/HMI programming, system documentation, testing and commissioning. Control panel designs include full sets of AutoCAD drawings, conversions, and revisions.
